Prior to joining Goncu Consulting, she worked for Deloitte Corporate Finance, Garanti Yatırım Research & Corporate Finance and Inter Yatırım Research & Corporate Finance. She has 27 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs, Business Development, Equity Research, Valuation, as well as Feasibility Studies. She has extensive knowledge in Manufacturing and TMT Industries.
She holds a Master of Science degree (Hons) in Finance from Georgia State University and a B.A. in Management (Hons) from Boğaziçi University.
L. Çağatay YARAR, CFA
Managing partner
Çağatay has 24 years of experience in corporate finance transactions and managing private pension funds in Deloitte, Is Asset Management and Ata Invest in Turkey. He has extensive knowledge in Energy, Pharma, Manufacturing and TMT Industries.
He is an Industrial Engineering graduate from Galatasaray University and holds a MBA degree from Koç University. Çağatay has an excellent command of English and French.
